OUR PROCESS
I. CONSULTATION
The first step is to meet with our team for a property walk-through and consultation. During our consultation, we will cover: the market, your goals, our marketing strategies, and financials. If your home needs staging, we will schedule a staging consultation as well. During this meeting, we will also collect any information that will be needed for the listing [upgrades, estimated age of the roof, HOA information etc.]
II. PREPARATION
When you are ready, we will begin preparing the property to list. Depending on your home's needs, preparation may include: minor repairs, cleaning, landscaping, painting, decluttering and staging. Ideally, we like to have everything ready the week prior to listing.
III. MARKETING
Once the property is ready, we will bring in our marketing team. We list on Thursdays, so we like to shoot our photos and video the Monday prior. We offer: professional photography (day and twilight), videography/aerial, and 3D walk-throughs for larger homes.
Once we receive the photos from our photographer, we begin our 'Coming Soon' campaigns online and on social media.
IV. LISTING + SHOWINGS
It's time to list! We list on a Thursday afternoon and schedule all showings for the weekend. We have found great success in hosting the first showings on Saturday & Sunday to create a high buyer demand.
